Frozen Yoghurt Granola Cups

These easy 4 ingredient Frozen Yoghurt Granola Cups make a deliciously healthy snack, breakfast, or dessert!

  • 4 TBS Peanut Butter
  • 4 TBS Honey
  • 2 Cups Granola
  • 2 ½ Cups Greek Yoghurt – Flavour of your choice
  • Fresh fruit or chocolate chunk for garnish – optional



Heat peanut butter and honey in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds, or until melted.

In a bowl pour the melted peanut butter and honey over granola and stir to combine.

Spoon granola mix evenly into 12 muffin cups and press firmly into the bottom.

Top each cup with Greek yoghurt.

Top each cup with fresh fruit of your choice or chocolate chunks (optional).

Cover with foil and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Keep frozen and allow to thaw for a couple of minutes before eating.
