Protein twist on the classic Rice Krispie cakes. Use this Crunchy Peanut Butter Protein Bar recipe to make the easiest no-bake treat!
- ¼ Cup of Maple Syrup
- ½ Cup Peanut Butter
- 2 TBSP Coconut Oil, melted
- 1/3 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 Cups of Rice Krispies
- ¼ TSP Vanilla Extract
- ¾ Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1TBSP Butter
Mix all the ingredients apart from Rice Krispies for the bars together, one mixes, add the Rice Krispies and mix.
Add mixture into a parchment paper lined loaf pan and press down firmly. Chill in the fridge while you make the topping.
Heat the butter and chocolate chips mixing well until smooth.
Spread over the chilled bars. Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 30minutes.
Cut into bars and store in the fridge until firm.
