Apple Nachos

Drizzle apple nachos with warm peanut butter, top with some dark chocolate chips and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a quick healthy snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Apples of your choice
  • ¼ Cup Peanut Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Dark Chocolate Chips

 

DIRECTIONS

Wash, core and cut your apples into slices. Lay the apple slices on a plate.

Heat your peanut butter until warmed and runny, and drizzle over the apple slices.

Top with chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
