This Meal Prep Bowl recipe is made with a perfectly sweet homemade teriyaki sauce! Easy to put together in just 30 minutes at the beginning of the week for a quick and easy lunch all week long.

INGREDIENTS
For Main:
- 650g Boneless chicken breasts or thighs, diced
- 1 TBSP Sesame oil
- 4 Cups Broccoli florets
- 2 Cups Brown rice
- 1 TBSP Sesame seeds
- 2 TBSP Green onion, sliced
- 2 TBSP Chili, sliced
For Sauce:
- 2 Garlic cloves, grated
- 2 TBSP Ginger, grated
- 1 TBSP Honey
- ¼ Cup Soy sauce
- ¼ Cup Freshly squeezed orange juice
- ½ TBSP Corn-starch
DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet on a medium head add the oil, and chicken and cook for around 5minutes until almost cooked through.
Whisk all teriyaki sauce ingredients into a small bowl and pour over the chicken and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Steam the broccoli until tender.
Divide the cooked rice among 4 containers and top with steamed broccoli, and teriyaki chicken.
Garnish with sesame seeds, chilies, and green onions.
Refrigerate for 3-5 days and reheat before serving.
