Instructions

Start by lining a plate with baking paper and set aside.

In a mixing bowl add oats, coconut flour, salt, cinnamon and Ultra Nutrition Protein Powder and combine.

Stir through almond butter and agave then add milk of choice until a thick batter is formed.

Using your hands form into a ball and place on baking paper. Press into a cookie shape and refrigerate until firm.

TIP

These cookies are great for people who don’t have time to eat in the mornings. You can alter the quantity of ingredients to make more cookies and store in the fridge.

Grab and go in the mornings.

  • 1 scoop of Ultra Nutrition Protein Powder (doughnut/strawberry or chocolate)
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp agave or honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup milk of choice

Optional: 1 tbsp chocolate chips, dried fruit, chopped nuts (or try all three together).
