No Bake Protein Flapjack

Take your post-gym snack to the next level with just 5 Ingredients!





  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Chunky Peanut Butter
  • ½ Cup Agave
  • 1 Cup Ultra Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream Protein
  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • Optional: Chocolate chips, raisins, dried fruit. We choose dried cranberries for this recipe.




In a large mixing bowl combine milk, peanut butter, and agave and place over low heat and stir until all ingredients are well combined, remove from the head.

Add protein powder, oats, and extra options we chose dried cranberries. Stir to combine. If the mixture is too thick, add extra milk.

Lightly grease a 8X8 tin and add mixtures, pressing evenly into the pan.

Allow bars to cool, once cool and cut into squares and store in an airtight container.
