Mango Chai Pot

INGREDIENTS

  • 500ml carton coconut milk
  • 60g chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 250g mango chunks, defrosted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

 

DIRECTIONS

Mix the coconut milk, chia seeds, agave syrup and vanilla extract in a bowl. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, then mix again.

Pour the chia mix into 2 glass lidded jars and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning top the jars with the defrosted mango chunks and serve.
