High protein no-bake Cheesecake

This easy No-Bake Cheesecake is a healthier dessert option that’s full of protein, easy to make, and ready in minutes. Have it for breakfast, dessert, or snack!

 

SERVES 4

 

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ Cup rolled oats
  • ¼ Cup Pecans
  • ¼ TSP Cinnamon
  • 3 TBSP Coconut oil, melted
  • 2 TBSP Agave
  • 1 Scoop Ultra Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream Protein
  • 170G Light cream cheese
  • ½ TSP Vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ Cup low calorie granulated sweetener or honey.
  • 1 Cup Berries

 

DIRECTIONS

Place the oats and pecans in a food processor and pulse. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the cinnamon, coconut oil and agave.

Divide the oat mixture between 4 cups, pressing the mixture down and chill for 20 minutes.

Beat the cream cheese, add the protein powder, vanilla extract Greek yogurt and sweetener. Beat until thoroughly combined. Divide the cream cheese mixture between he 4 cups. Chill for one hour, top with fruit and serve.
