Grilled salmon is the perfect addition for your next barbecue or even just a simple healthy dinner.
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
- 450G Salmon Fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 Red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 Red onion, cut into chunks
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 TBSP Olive oil
- 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
- 1 TBSP Fresh dill
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the salmon and marinate for 20 minutes.
Preheat the grill. Place the salmon on skewers with peppers and onions and season with salt and pepper. Lightly brush the grill with oil and place the skewers on the grill. Cooking for 3-4 minutes per side until the salmon is cooked through.
Serve immediately.
