Goji Berry Protein Balls

Simple and healthy no-bake protein balls are perfect for easy snacking!

INGREDIENTS

  • 30g porridge oats
  • 1 Scoop Ultra Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Tbsp clear honey
  • 2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 Tbsp goji berries

 

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and form into 6 small balls.

Store in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Use as a quick snack when on the go.

 

Tip

If the batter is to dry add a little milk of choice one tablespoon at a time until a thick dough remains.
