Apple and Blackberry Protein Baked Oats

SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g of oats
  • 1x scoop of Ultra Nutrition Vanilla Ice-Cream Protein Powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 150ml milk
  • 1x tablespoon of maple syrup
  • Filling of choice- apple and blackberries

DIRECTIONS: 

Step one- Preheat the oven to 180c

Step two- In a bowl combine the oats, protein, milk, and syrup

Step three- add the salt and protein powder and stir thoroughly

Step four- add toppings of choice and stir thoroughly ensuring an even distribution of the fillings

Step five- add to a baking dish (optional- sprinkle with soft brown sugar) and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown

Step six- remove from oven and leave to stand for two minutes, then enjoy!
