- 2 x salmon fillets (with the skin on)
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of garlic seasoning
- 2x teaspoons of soy sauce
- 2x tablespoons of honey
- 1x teaspoon of sesame seeds
- Sides of choice
Step one- Season each salmon fillet with the salt, pepper, and garlic, before rubbing in the soy sauce.
Step two- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer at 190c for approximately 8 minutes
Step three- After 6 minutes (when there are approximately 2 minutes remaining) remove the salmon from the air fryer and glaze with the honey. Then sprinkle with sesame seeds and put back into the air fryer for the remaining time.
Step four- Remove from the air fryer and serve with your choice of sides, we chose a soft poached egg, wholegrain rice and half an avocado in order to further boost the nutritional value of the meal- enjoy!
