This hearty flavourful and easy to make chili is one everyone will love this autumn.

INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 TBSP chili powder
- 2 TBSP cumin
- 2 TBSP Smoked Paprika
- 1 TSP dried oregano
- 1 Sweet potato, diced
- 2 15-ounce cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 28-ounces Diced tomatoes, with juices
- 2 cups water or vegetable broth
DIRECTIONS
In a large pot over medium heat, add the olive oil and diced onion cooking for 3-4minutes until translucent. Then add the garlic and sweet potato and cook for about 2 more minutes.
Add chili powder, cumin and smoked paprika and salt. Stir into the vegetable mixture.
Pour in the diced tomatoes, black beans, and 2 cups of water. Stir to combine.
Simmer the mixture uncovered for around 20-30minutes.
Serve with cilantro, and spring onions and avocado, optional.
