Pre-heat the oven to 170c.
Line a 8×8 baking dish with baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and combine until a soft batter is formed.
Pour the batter into the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove brownies from oven and let them cool before cutting.
These can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Tip If you don’t have a mixer just mash the bananas with a fork and mix in the other ingredients with a wooden spoon until batter is formed.

Optional: Try adding some chopped nuts,or even chocolate chips to make the brownies even sweeter.
