INGREDIENTS
- 300G Rolled Oats
- 75G Coconut Sugar, (or regular sugar)
- 1 TSP Baking powder
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 30G Chopped almonds
- 2 EGGS
- 1 BANANA, mashed
- 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
- 125ML MILK
- Chopped Almonds
- 1 TBSP Chai seeds
- 50G Raspberries, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl add, oats, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and chopped almonds and mix.
In a separate large bowl add eggs, 1 mashed banana, vanilla extract, and milk and mix together until combined. Add this mixture into the other bowl to combine all ingredients together and stir thoroughly.
Line your baking tray and transfer the mixture flattening it down.
Decorate with the chopped almonds, chai seeds and raspberries, and bake for 30 minutes.
Once bakes, remove from the oven and leave to cool.
Slice into bars and serve.
