Over the last year I have tried many products like this, promoting that they are nutritious meals and I have always been disappointed, from poor ingredients, to horrible tastes to needing a bender to mix. This one is different though, good ingredients that seem to have been really thought through, mixes easily in a shaker & tastes very nice.
