Banana bread served in a mug! This Dairy-free and Egg-free Banana protein mug cake contains 14g of protein per serving and tastes delicious!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Small Banana
- 3 TBSP Almond Milk
- 3 TBSP Oat Flour
- 3 TBSP Doughnut Plant Based Ultra Protein
- 1-2 TBSP Coconut Sugar
- ½ TSP Baking Powder
- 2 TBSP Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl mash a small banana.
In a microwave-safe mug stir together mashed banana and almond milk.
Whisk together oat flour, protein powder, coconut sugar, baking powder and some chocolate chips. Gradually add this to the mug until a cake batter forms.
Sprinkle the last of the chocolate chips on the top.
Microwave on high power for about 90 seconds. Remove from the microwave and check the texture, it should be moist and soft, and the top should deflate. Serve immediately and enjoy.
