Instructions
Preheat oven to 160c and line a baking tray – set aside.
Mash or pulse in a blender strawberry’s until they become small lumps. Add in all other dry ingredients and combine until you have a sticky dough.
Spoon mixture onto baking paper as 6 cookies and bake in the oven for roughly 10 minutes or until firm (don’t over bake).
Leave to cool and enjoy!
Tip
As these cookies bake you do not want them to turn brown, this will mean they are over baked. Bake until they are firm to touch and serve with a protein milkshake… if they last that long.

- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
